I'm going to guess you mean loose bowel movements.
Some people feed pumpkin for diarrhea. I feed bony raw chicken parts with skin removed. But if he's not eating...what DO you feed him, anyway? Sometimes that can be a reaction to food.

How old is your dog?

What do these loose motions look like - just a bit loose, watery, mucus, blood?

Are they strong smelling, or more normal smelling?

Is he vomiting or eating grass?

Is he drinking water?

I'm afraid that "lose motions" isn't much info for anyone to help you with.

There is no vet in your area? There are too many possible causes to prescribe over the internet. Feeding rice & boiled chicken is a bland food that rarely upsets digestion. Feed only that for a few days...Is your water safe to drink? Parasites are another consideration. Is there a laboratory that you could get a stool sample to? Your dog could die...you need to try to find some veterinary help, even if it is by telephone. Kepp your dog hydrated with plenty of water. I sent you a PM. Good luck. jackie harris

BTW- is this the same bitch that you were worried about not coming into heat? An internet board can offer you a lot of opinions, but it is not a replacement for regular veterinary care. You have no idea what the qualifications are of the person giving you advise. Your dog deserves better than that. Talk to a vet, please. If she is too ill to transport, call & explain that to the vet, perhaps he could give you a suggestion to take to a druggist or pharmacy. jh

thank you  jackie harris! now my dog is fine. i guess it was due to water cahnge. yeah the water is clean. now he is healty fit and fine:D m so happy now. actually i bought him for my female so i have a piar. one male and one female. my dogs never got sick so far this was the first time so i got worried. there is one vet availabe here but he charges so much and people says thats dont take your dog to him. so i was scared. but boiled rice and chicken really worked for GSD HAVING LOSE MOTION. i thank you all for such a nice help.

I always go with boiled chicken and white rice.  If necessary, I'll add in 1/2 of a regular strength Immodium (Loperamide) for a day or 2.  My vet (and actually all vets here) will prescribe Metronidazole if the condition persists.  As above though, in the future you should seek the vet's advice.  It could be nothing or it could be a sign of something more serious.  Glad your dog is ok. :)
