At four month i would get an experienced breeder or wet see the dog and make sure thet it is not something serious. Many pups with deep angulation on the back legs have a tendency to be kind of loose in the rear.
Do not try to train the back legs at four monts a pup should only walk run and train until it get tired by itself.
Witout seeing the dog myself i cannot say that it is just the back angulation. However i will not worry to much about it at this point. I know that as an owner you get worried because you care, this is a good thing an i urged you to kkep on writing in forums like this when you have som quistions. Hope many other in this forum will reply and help you

If the hindquarters are smaller than the front it could be a sign of hip problems such as dysplasia. The pup will compensate with the front. Penn hip will evaluate as early as 4 months.
