is there a chance we can get the sv site in English and membership? Any petitions /request sent to adminstrators??

The SV site shouldn't have to be in English IMO... They are the German Shepherd Dog Club of GERMANY- of course it would be in German.
The WUSV site is in English, which is the World Union of the SV...

Amazing. Justifiably, Americans think that people in America should be speaking English. Period. Maybe the Germans feel the same way(that they are German and if you want to participate in whatever in that country, you should be speaking German). LOL

I also agree, German in Germany, Italian in Italy French in France and ESPECIALLY English in the US.

As much as you guys may think that SV should ONLY be in german because it's in germany... I think they should also have an english version on their site. ALOT of people depend on the SV for the latest news... and it's frustrating when you do not know how to read in german.

I fully agree with you Brittany - there seems to be so much information on their site - an english version would be very widely appreciated in Europe in my opinion.

The SV is the parent club for all German Shepherd Dog organizations. Seeing that my native language is not German I agree it would be nice if the site was in several languages, however, the SV is in Germany and they do not have unlimited resources. I suspect that most of the SV members speak fluent German. LOL Und denken Sie wie ein Amerikaner die ganze Zeit nicht.
