My 12 week old male pup has a "lump" of bone at the end of the radium bone near the "wrist" joint. It isn't painful for him and he appears to be walking normally, but does anyone know what that's caused from? (normal, abnormal?) Will it cause problems in the future? I'd appreciate any info. Thanks

Your puppy needs to keep this knuckle for this is where the growth of bone is shown, the puppy should keep this odd looking lump(if male) until at least 9 months of age,in females it disappears a bit earlier but it is nothing to worry about quite normal. You would have to be worried if there was no knuckle, for then there is no growth hope this puts your mind at rest.
