Don't walk under any ladders or break any mirrors today. Wait till tomorrow.
I have a black cat and he already walked across my path today. I'll let you know what happens. LOL

I'm only superstitious about responding to posts about superstition.

I'd love to go to the Superstition Mtns., to look for the lost dutchman's gold mine. But not on Friday the 13th.

Now here is a great question, does gold have and odor. If so why not train a dog to smell it out?

The simplest way employed by many jewelers is to rub the brass object between or with your fingers. Brass has a unique smell which will be transferred to your fingers and can be easily detected. Conversely, rubbing a gold object with your fingers produces no smell at all.

I don't know......I mean this may be "nothing".....but a few weeks back there was this huge black crow in our oak tree in the front/right part of the yard. It was there for a loooong time that day.  Kind of odd, and creepy....the next morning, our neighbor died.   Not long after that, I had a dream that the field next to our yard was a graveyard....and then a friend of ours died very, very shortly after.  All I can say is that was really creepy.

GSDguy....not to creep you out but i had the same thing happen with a crow thingy.....my Greek side of the family are somewhat superstitious and they believed crows can predict death....i am not a believer but thought it was an interesting coincidence when it happened to me....and now you have the same experience....creepy...
