Hello all,
Just wanting some opinions on some cameras. While I do *LIKE* the camera I currently have, I am looking into other ones as well.

Here is the one I currently have:
http://www.amazon.com/Sony-Cybershot-DSC-H10-Digital-Optical/dp/B0011EA9GE

H
ere is one of the ones I am **CONSIDERING**

H
ere is another one I am considering

A
friend of mine uses THIS one, which is cheaper the the above two I am considering and I like his pictures

I
'm sure everyone has their favorites that they would recommend, but for now, my budget is pretty much limited to the ones listed above, so I would greatly appreciate comments/concerns on the ABOVE cameras. Thanks so much! Looking for some great, constructive feedback! I'm sure some guy will comment on the bright Pink camera - LOL - APART from the color, I would like opinions. THANKS!

Door number 2. My favorite color, red. It has a nice opitical zoom. It also does video.

Thanks GSD Admin!  Have you used any of the aforementioned cameras by chance? I'd love to see some photos (dogs or not) taken with any of the above cameras :)

Sorry, I use a Nikon D80, so I can't give you any experiences with the above cameras. I was only going off the specs.

These picures were taken with a Nikon D5100.  I love it

Your pictures ARE beautiful Hutchins, but as mentioned in my original post, I wanted a review on the camera links I had listed because they were in my price range.

I looked up your camera, and it is out of my price range by AT LEAST $300...

Im sorry, my bad. Guess all I saw was that you wanted to see pictures. I misread your comment.
However if the Nikon D5100 is out of your price range, I have  afriend that has the Nikon D3100. Its quite a bit cheaper and the picture quality is really good.  The megapixels are less and it does not have the video feature. Guess it all depends how much you what from your new camera.

Good luck and I hope you find that perfect camera to suit your needs.

When I was shopping for a new amplifier, I found retrovo.com to have loads of information and reviews.

They'll also tell you where a potential camera stands in terms of technology timeframes and whether or not it's obsolete or overpriced.

Thanks Hutchins, thanks WildBill! Hope you two are having a great Easter; I'll be looking into retrovo.com when my hubby and I get back to the house.

Nikon D3100, I think another friend of mine uses that camera too...I'll be looking into that one shortly. I'll update this thread IF I ever find the infamous "PERFECT" camera.

Thanks again everyone!
