Can someone give me some info about this registry and what is the difference from the KC?
If you bought a puppy from someone who registered their litter to here would it be worth less than one bought from a breeder who registered their litter with KC?

It's a registry for puppy farmers who do not want their breeding activities recorded by the KC and dogs with suspect pedigree integrity which would not stand up to the KCs recorded details. Also used by pet breeders who breed from registered stock with endorsements which would prevent the dogs progeny being registered.
Personally I would consider a dog with that kind of registration in the same light as one without papers.

Sounds similar to the Continental Kennel Club.
