Czech to English translation - Page 1

Anyone know of a Czech to english translator who can help me read my pedigree and paperwork to register my puppy with the AKC. I have gone online and done as much of the translating as I can there but would like to have someone able to read the papers and tell me what it says. I would be able to scan the documents in an email also. I live in central Minnesota. Thanks for any helpful information.

Registration number probably begins with CMKU/DS (Ceskomoravska Kynologicka Unie / Deutscher Schaferhund)

The tattoo number "Tetovaci"

Date of birth is "Datum narozeni", and goes DD/MM/YYYY as opposed to AKC's MM/DD/YYYY

Date of purchase is "Datum vystaveni", and again, DD/MM/YYYY needs transcribed as MM/DD/YYYY
