Does anyone know if this dog is still alive? If he is he'd be over 14 according to the DOB listed here, so I have a feeling the answer is "no". If he has passed, a DOD would be appreciated.
If I'm not mistaken, Van Den Heuvel was the last kennel to have him, correct? I may contact them if no one has the answer here.

Hi AlexaT, Cak has passed away already. I don't remember his exact year but was about 4-5 years ago. Van Den Heuvel was Cak's last owner so they can provide you with more detail info.
