Contact Rinus ASAP and straighten out your problems with him...cause from what I'm hearing this is going to turn out ugly . Just communicating might just save you a lot of trouble word of advice from someone who isn't involved in it.

Why does someone who "isn't involved" post a message like this on a public forum? Whatever happened to private e-mail?

Because Marlene isn't responding to private e-mails or phonecalls from what I'm hearing and I see she is posting around here... I'm just giving her the advice to quit hiding and deal with it !! Marlene, This is going BAD !!! you have no idea... Call Rinus asap.

Triodegirl, because she won't return phone calls, messages, emails. Rinus has even publicly stated just give him a time when she'll be near a phone and he'll call her. He's been trying for a few weeks (that I know of) to get in touch with her via any avenue and she is not returning his emails or calls. His son has even been on here to try to get her attention on a thread or two that she was active on, yet still she never contacted him. He's recently put out an email to others he knows asking for assistance in trying to get in touch with Marlene, because she doesn't seem to want to respond to him.

Sorry, I wasn't aware of the previous attempts to get her attention.(Don't always have time to read all the threads.)

I got your e-mail marlene...I try to help you out and this is what you send me ?? "Please give us you full name and address as well. We need this communication for our attorney asap. We are saving this post as well. Thank you Marlene Wiggins" If that is your way of communicating, then I can understand why you do need a lawyer... I lurk on this board from time to time, but now I understand why there is so much bullshit floating around about people screwing each other.

Oh, I forgot. Do not EVER contact me. I have no need or desire to talk to you (or your attorney)!! going back into lurking mode...

d.schwarz, The best thing for you to do is to stay FAR away from whats going on between Marlene and Rinus. I'm sure Rinus is a big boy... he doesn't need people to do his dirty work... if he wants Marlenes attention then he will do so himself.

Before attacking someone get your facts straight first! Rinus has posted on this site via his son Nick, for Marlene to please email him. He has also posted on other sites for Marlene to contact him - and obviously she has not. He has tried other means of contacting her (via email and long distance phone calls) and she won't communicate with him. I don't know what the problem between them is and I know there are at least 2 sides to every story "his perception", "her perception" and what actually happened.;-) I have done "business" with Rinus and have been more than satisfied with not only the pup I got, but the support and service he has provided! DSCHWARTZ. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM MARLENE WITH THE SAME SORT OF TONE. I HAVE A PERSONAL MANTRA I LIVE BY: IF SOMEONE'S FIRST RESORT IS TO THREATEN LEGAL ACTION OR IF IT IS SOMETHING THEY TEND OFTEN TO REFER TO IE. THEIR LAWYER, THEN I SUGGEST STAY AWAY FROM DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. IN MY OPINION PEOPLE WHO DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS, E-MAILS OR OTHER MEANS OF CONTACT HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE OR A REASON TO AVOID.
