this is to praise the product"puppy fading syndrome" o;btainable from "natural rearing" ie..Marina Zaccarias....www.natural rearing .com.......i had a litter whelped ..all were fine except the last one ..barely breathing..lifeless..tounge hanging out..[i have whelped over the years up to 70 plus litters [..this pup was gone] no way!!!!!! because i always have this product on hand ...4-5 drops into the mouth and within 10 ..15 seconds this pup was moving ..breathing normally...i repeated every 15 minutes for the next hour or so ......went to bed and the next am..i could not even distinquish which pup had almost expired the previous nite...enough said ...if you don't have it ...now you know... if you are going to whelp puppies you should..

Jade thankyou will try it just lost about 70% of my litter to this very problem wish I had known about it before.

Jade, what is the product of that you speak? I have heard of fading puppy syndrome, but am very fortunate and have never experienced it. Also, I have not made that many litters, so it will someday happen, I'm sure.

this seems like a nice product, but in my opinion, nothing compares to good, old fashioned Canine CPR. Yes, I have performed it twice in the 6 litters I have whelped. When the time comes, the instinct seems to kick in for performing CPR. The only concern about using this product that I have is "Are there any side effects, or problems showing up later in the puppy's life" Though, the thought of cheating death for a puppy is compeling, if its their time, its their time.

the puppy fading syndrome product is a natural homeopathic product...no side effects..www.naturalrearing.com lots of natural products for all problems..also in regards to the puppy i mentioned i did try cpr first ..
