Slovakian Registry System - Page 1

I am posting for a frustrated friend of mine that purchased a very nice dog about a year ago. The dog is from Slovakia and when my friend purchased the dog received a copy of the papers and was told the transfer would take at least 4 months. Now the seller of course isn't returning any calls, etc. etc. Does anyone know who to contact directly in Slovakia...email would probably be best. Does anyone have any contacts there that might help my friend track down the papers and get to the bottom of this? Thanks
