Clear the air!!! Enough is enough! - Page 1

This has been brought to my attention. Myself, my good friends and TD have been slandered on the internet, I would like the opportunity to defend myself and my very good friends. Here is what has been said about us by Jackie Marshall " Unfit Puppy AND OR Dog Buyers" Natalie and Lucillano Oliva Natalie and Lucillano Oliva  They received a dog who was given to them when in fact I believe the dog was not hers to give them. When I told them that, they came up with a bunch of excuses and reasons rather than giving the dog to me. Two other people I know have had issues with them. My Czech friend sent two puppies to them to sell; they were to give her $500 when the puppies were sold. They never did, and it's been about 3 years. Another person, a member here, has had issues with them but it's not my deal to tell. Anybody who wishes to defend them should feel free.  Unfit Puppy/Dog Buyers (members only) Renee harding gave away a dog (Connal vom Marischal) I had placed with her for free. She was supposed to return it if she could no longer keep it. She did not. She gave it away. Anybody who wishes to defend her should feel free. The people this is "slandering" including myself have been blocked as to not let us defend ourselves on their forum.

First off.... I have the dog he is sleeping at my feet as I type, he is mine, and is training. He will be titled next year. The dog is not even 2yrs old. There is no paper signed contract. Only an agreement that the dog is given to me with the condition he is titled. He has recently gone to train with my friends and TD Lucillano & Natalie. I have NOT given my dog away. He will always be my dog and loved like crazy, he is amazing! I had some personal problems and took 5 months off from group training, but by no means was that a violation of the "agreement" Jackie and I had. I am posting the following  correspondence of the agreement. The Buyer agrees to have the Canine examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hrs of purchase. Buyer may return the Canine, for any reason and at Buyer’s expense, with the registration papers duly signed and Canine unaltered for a full refund of the purchase price (in this case, $0.00) So... I wanted to clarify, and asked " Well.... Now I am confused.... What do you WANT for him... LOL" Jackie states: " Look, I'm trying to say that you pay zero for him, that's what you get back if you return him!!!!!! --Jackie" I said " I thought it was a typo!!!!! I promise to do the best I can with him! I understand the contract. Thank you so much Jackie! You just made my day!!!!! I am in love with him and always have been!!" Jackie stated " Just make sure you title him. --Jackie" NOW..... IS THERE A TIME FRAME ON A TITLE?

Because of certain circumstances, I asked my TD to continue training him and title him. Jackie still for reasons unknown decided that I was in violation of our agreement and she is only doing right by the dog. So she tried to convince Lucillano to give the dog to her, he did not agree with the way she wanted to handle it and stated to her that "if the dog goes anywhere he is going back to Renee, I had the agreement with Renee. If you disagree with it you need to talk to Renee, its her dog" I am baffled how someone can say they are looking out for the dog, yet hinder the best possible situation for him! I believe I have not violated any ANY agreement Jackie and I have had. She was my friend, my best friend.... Until I had a hardship, and was no longer valuable.... Now I seem to be the bad guy???? I am doing what is best for my dogs and they all have a good life, I have 2 training, and one with a very important job. I see nothing wrong in having my TD help and give Con the best training/handling he could possibly receive.

Thanks Brent.... My dogs are all under lock and key with all paperwork in order. I wish I would have known. Been a while huh? Nice to see you are still posting.

As of an hour ago six people have tried throughout the day to defend lucillano, Natalie and myself on the lefora website.... Surprise! Six people have been deleted from the forum.

Question:
so there is no actual signed/witnessed contract?
who actually has the AKC registration (or other) on this dog? who is the dog registered to?
what were the terms of the deal? ie: you title the dog to ____ and the breeder gets what in return?

I have dog Reg. There is no specific on what title/how far. Breeder is not Jackie Marshall, she no longer owns the mother she had a litter back agreement with that owner. Jackie wanted him titled, that was it. She could get bragging rights on the litter, and if all were successful, the higher the brag. I am absolutely not saying that is bad, because it is a great way to get your name out.
