hi i sold my puppy to a lady, i don knw wat i waz thinking then:( nw i want him back:( im begging her but shez nt helpfull:( she has not paid the full amount either but is willing to pay but nt give the puppy back:( plz suggest somethin :( i really want him back:(:(:(:( plz help me:(

agree with GSDguy, what does your contract say? How long has she had the pup without paying for the pup? I personally would never give a dog/puppy to anyone who hasn't paid in full! I would think your next move would be to file in your local small claims court. If she pays you in full prior,  you would have no grounds to take the pup back unless you have something in writing stating you would get him back if she was neglecting him etc.  Why do you want the pup back, what is she doing with him that you don't like?

I think that you want him back because you simply miss him huh ? Once a business deal is done, It's done ! Like gsd said , Is there something you are not telling ? There has to something tangible. something she HAS done or NOT done.

You sold him, he's sold.  You want him back, you will have to convince the OWNER to sell him back to you.  Offer her money for him, see what she says.  Maybe she will accept the right price.

How old was the puppy when you sold it?
How old is the puppy now?
What (or how much) did this person pay you for the puppy?
How much does this person still owe you?

I would never sell a puppy without ful payment first.
Offer her more than she paid. Might work.

Other wise forget it !!!

Judging by your language and wording you sound to be very young. Too much texting perhaps!

What we have here if you are in the states is a matter of what is termed "civil litigation" ..through the courts legal system.... and with her partial payment you are doomed with any hope of getting the dog back ..... but I believe there is more than what is being told here ..... Greg
