I have a 3 month old german shepherd dog pup and he weighs , I believe, about 35 lbs. I was curious as to what he might weigh at 6 months and at 1 year old ??? I will appreciate any thoughts in regards to this....Rick

Hi, sorry, I don't think he is a German Shepherd..get a DNA kit on line to find breed. Good luck

YES...I have seen the dam but not the sire. I know for a fact he is at least 1/2 german shepherd. I'm guessing the sire most likely a lab.
I know that he does not have the facial features as my female purebred , But does show mannerisms typicall of the breed.

Not being smart but depends on a male or female, food, excercise and other things. Or are you just looking for a ballpark #?

If he's properly fed a good quality food, I'd say at 6 months he'll be about 60-65#, and then at 1 year 85# or so

Sorry but your dog is not a GSD it looks more like a hound breed.

Cmills....I thank you for your honesty and words. Seems like you are the ONLY one who could answer my question. To the others.....I will not get rude or nasty on here,(Happened once before) , But I KNOW for a FACT that he is part GSD and part something else.

How old is that picture? I'm having a very hard time believing that's a 35 lb puppy.

Guessing the weight, and only knowing half the breed?  You deserve a ballpark answer for such a ballpark question.  I guess 50 lbs. at six months, 65 lbs. tops at a year.

From the growth charts, about 60 pounds at 6 m and about 80 when grown. Jdiaz, congrats on that Sieger win!
