Why not Labradors... I've seen more nasty Labs and Chi's then the breeds listed.

This crap makes me sick!!!!

I'm sure any dog that looks like any of these (pointy ears, fluffy, brindle etc...) will be PTS as well.

I'm happy Cumberland Co is a good distance away.

Petition signed, this is utterly sick, once again the breeds are blamed and not the man. This $#!& really pisses me off, there has to be legal recourse that can be taken against this. Seriously this is the first step into a more police state system. I said it before on another post, the German Shepherd is a gift to the world and has actually given its life for this country many, many times in the line of duty so I guess no more bad guys being taken down and no more drugs being confiscated then...

I have asked this question before with no answer, and I am no lawyer or anything but and it may be a stretch however. The courts themselves have set the president that if my dog attacks someone it could be considered assault with a deadly weapon. Ergo the courts themselves have classified a dog as a weapon and by that standing then...well technically owning a dog would be protected by the second amendment. I have searched for any cases of dog ownership being protected using that argument and have come up with nothing but I am pretty sure the argument could stand...
