I read local articles about people who have been in lines since Sunday. Who participates in black Friday shopping?

Black friday merchandise is showing up on Craigslist already from the "entrepeneurs" just looking to make a quick buck.

Never have....never will! Those people are WACK! LOL! Pepper spray?? To shop? At Walmart?

Sorry, not me! But I will admit I was dissapointed to have missed the half-off sale on Orijen at Pet Supplies Plus!!

LOL! LOL!

I know a lot of people have it very tough, & so do we at the moment, but I'd rather make stuff, or bake things for folks, or offer services of baby-sitting.....dog grooming, taking older folks to market, etc., than participate in that mayhem!!

I don't have enough money to afford the bail I would have to pay after getting arrested durring black friday.  I'm with jackie I tend to bake things, make candy etc esp for people like the mail man, trash man etc.  They seem to appreciate it better than if I bought something.  I have my kids make a lot of their presents for people when they are younger, those are the ones that seem to mean the most.  And don't forget every year my kids spend christmas eve delivering presents for one of the local charities.  At some point it's nice to remind them christmas isn't about what you get or how much money you spent.  I was explaining to my 2 yr old what christmas ment the other day and since she just had her birthday when you say birthday she thinks CAKE!! So I think we will start a new tradition this year and let her help mom make a birthday cake for christmas, Jesus can't exactly blow out the candle but it's the thought that counts and at least she has the idea of what it means better than the people using pepper spray at black Friday!

I was listening to the AM Radio last week, dude was talking about the top 3 items bought on Black Friday in America. LOL (this was a local AM station, not sure how accurate it is, but interesting to say the least.)

Number 1 Waterproof Boots  (111,400)
Number 2 SmartPhones  (110,600)
Number 3 Guns  (109,900)

 LMAO God Love Us.
