News flash!

ROFL- that is certainly true of some. Some just hate to watch a lifetime of hard work and dedication to their breed spit on by some asshat who thinks his/her mediocre dog just HAS to make babies.

REALLY???!!! I find that those who typically get upset about it are the conscientious, reputable breeders who do everything in their power to better the breed. Anyone who truly cares about the breed gets extremely upset with the people out there breeding without giving any thought to health, working ability, bloodlines, etc. I'm not a breeder and it infuriates me!!!

Rass I can agree with you. But i think if the breeder is good they don't have to worry of anything :)

"breeders dont want other people bredding because it takes money out of there pockets "
We breed 1 litter a year on average, and if we are lucky we break even on our cost. Are you suggesting that money can be made breeding quality dogs?
Please enlighten me to the secrets of making money after the cost of; time, training, food, x-rays, health checks, stud fee's etc.

Were it up to me the vast majority of all German Shepherds in this country (USA) would be spayed and neutered. Troll post are always great though :)

Hell, Fenrir, there are more people in the US that deserve sterilizatioon than dogs!
So I was reading about a breeder who I consider to be responsible with quality dogs turning down someone for stud service because the bitch owner was clueless and rude to boot- and it happened less sthan 24 hours before this post went up. Makes you wonder what motivates people.-
