I'm a first time home owner can u please recommend the state to live and buy my first house
Here are the factors
1. Weather. I want to keep dogs so not extreme winters
2, children good schools
3 More of countryside
4. Less of silos not too much immigrant concentration
5. Job & business industry I'm a writer and self employed do freelancing business work
I had. Colorado in preference. Please give ur opinions

Just a couple that come to mind. Washington. Outside Seattle is beautiful and winters aren't rough. Kentucky. Cheap living, but not sure about schools. Michigan. Plenty of foreclosures to look at, good schools and southeast winters aren't too bad. Colorado is nice.

A very good friend of mine lives in Broomfield co and it is gorgeous there and fits much of your criteria. He loves it very much.
