For one, I am turned off by any company that solicits people for positions "on their business team" and for two, I don't like the idea of having to "log into" anyone's website. I did ask for a way around that and I was provided with information to view their product line without logging into any websites.
Here is their initial contact email, which is a follow up to a phone call where I told them to send me their info via email and I would "take a look".
Thank you for your interest in learning more about our Holistic Pet Food Company. I am very excited to be able to share this information with you, and think you will be really interested in what we have to offer you as a breeder! www.healthybreeder.com to visit my website! You will need to enter in your first name and e-mail address to view the second page of my website. My website is designed this way so that you can confirm your e-mail address and allow me to send you more information about our company and opportunity! I know you will enjoy this website. I am currently interviewing other quality breeders for two top positions on my business team. I will be following up with you _______ at ____am/ pm to give you the breeder bag pricing. Looking at the ingredients, aside from the inclusion of a bunch of dried fruit and vegetables, it's not a whole heck of a lot different than a number of other brands currently on the shelf in the grocery store as well as the pet store and feed supply stores. Not saying it's a bad food (though I'm sure a lot of other folks will strongly disagree with that opinion), I'm just saying it's nothing special, and nothing that can't be had already.

I am NOT supporting this diet. I actually find the solicitation to be out of the ordinary and posted it here to see if other breeders are being contacted as well. I mean for one, if they want me to purchase their food, why are they letting me know they are looking for quality breeders for "top positions on their business team"?
Secondly, I do not find the ingredients to be anything special. and I don't see that their prices are anything that would motivate me to suggest this to any of my clients over any other product based on overall value.
Third, I am suspicious of any company that uses verbage like ... I know you will enjoy this website,... I am very excited to be able to share this information with you. It all just seems like a sales pitch to me. I know thats what sales people do and I have been contacted by other sales companies but none with as sophisticated a pitch as this one.
So far, I am getting the idea that not too many people have even heard of this company.

It is a sales pitch, why is that so strange? They are trying to market their product to you.. Otherwise you would have NEVER seen or heard about it. It’s a food processed in Small batches and shipped within a few weeks right to your door. It’s not sitting around on shelves and in hot warehouses like most foods do (some from 18 months to 2 years before even hitting a shelf at your local pet store). Your never going to see it on a pet store shelf.
ALL of the ingredients are from the good ole USA, all traceable. Each batch (small batches) is tested and proven safe before being bagged.
The Pro-biotic’s are sprayed on AFTER the quick flash cooking, and it’s cooled.
They don't advertise, it’s all word of mouth. Yes you can get a very small paycheck for recommending the food to other dog people.. When I say small I mean you better be in love with this food to want to recommend it as it’s not going to make you rich otherwise. The Company its self is NON profit, the proceeds goes back into feeding shelter dogs and large donations are made to several hands on shelters.
The company spends a lot of time educating people about nutrition, and those people that are part of their 'team' are given discounts when they buy.
Now- let’s compare this company to any on the shelf food... Its ingredients might be coming from other countries and you will never know as disclosure is not required. Most do not test there foods. Most sit in their bags in Warehouse’s before being shipped, maybe even inside of hot train boxes for months and months before even getting to a store. (The heat from sitting can cause the plastics and chemicals from the bag to leach into the food) Most don't use Pro-biotic, and if they did and it was sitting in a hot warehouse - how does that help? If you buy in bulk they may give you a discount.. if you recommend them they MIGHT send you a coupon to buy more of their food- Life's abundance will send you a check. You actually have to go to the store when you’re ready to get your food; Life’s Abundance is only available on your door step fresh- sent as often as you want it.

PS. 2007 during the Dog food recall, this is what we switched to as all the ingrediants are USA, and it was tested in small batches. We felt the heart break first hand from the recall when we fed store brand wet food to whelping moms.. How quickly people forget how horrible that was, and still can be.

Some dogs may have allergies to it, they can also be allergic to chicken, to rice, or corn. But that is the minority. The majority could live off Pedigree and not have any issues , and live to be 16+ years old. A good food should not be passed up only on the basis that it 'Might' have something your dog 'could' be allergic too. Many dog food companys are moving to Sweet potatos as there 'filler' and fiber.. its fairly new and people don't know yet how this is going to affect the future generations of dogs. I used a common food with Sweet potatoes, and my dogs got thin, lost hair, and looked poor. They needed more carbs than what the slow burning potatoes could provide.
