The 'Green Board' is not green anymore!!! - Page 1

but we still have our green logo, of course. On behalf of all the owners of GSDWorld, I would like to announce that we have launched a new updated version and added more forums for interested members, i.e. areas for SV, USA and WDA members, 'Hot Topics' like interviews with well known people, history of famous dogs, etc. During the next few weeks, we will be working on fine-tuning all these great new features and are certainly open to suggestions from our membership. hi chris, this is chandan(larus on GSDWorld).Friend the green template was good.I liked it very much than the new one.Its good that new features are being added like the ones you mentioned above but i don't know why the greenery is being removed.The new one looks pale and not that impressive. Anyway i felt like that and its my personal opinion only. Regards, Chandan.

I'm glad its not green, it hurt my eyes, but now I can't remember my login ID and password there to log back in since the change.

Chris I was there this morning. I find the new color way too much of a glare. Anyway to tone that down. I couldn't stay that long because of it. I know, can't please everyone but the color on my computer is too intense. I like the nice ivory color you have on there too it make it easy on the eye. Now if people would be more friendly on this site I'd post there but I'm one of those who are afraid of being chastized and I won't beg for forgiveness like others do. So I hope more than color changes on this site so I could feel comfortable to join in too. Birdy...

Hi guys, Thanks for the replies! Chandan, we switched to a new board with better and updated features and could not use that green anymore, as it is not available. Sorry! Zdog, I do not have access to your password, nobody but yourself does. Just try the feature 'Forgot my Password'! If that does not work, either use a new screenname or contact me privately and I erase your current name, so you can reregister! Birdy, sorry that you don't like the new color. Most of the people who have replied were in favor of it. But I guess we don't all have the same taste. As to your other concern, some people find us too strict, some love it and feel secure.It would be wonderful if we could all get along. Chris, I can vouch for Birdy's concerns. I stopped by there last year and found all of you people to be a bunch of hypocrites. I even remember people being asked to voice their concerns and your moderators started out well intended but when people complained about the harshness of treatment you up and deleted the messages. Plus it seems to be lead by just a few...You, a couple of Marys who seem to be little more than mass puppy producers and that obnoxious Steve. There are other sites out there that give their members much more credit and don't degrade their followers like your site does. I too found it pathetic that people would basically get on their hands and knees and beg for forgiveness because they voiced their opinons and for the most part they weren't wrong in any way. Maybe too much PMS or maybe too many egos but your site sucks and it's no place for a newby like me to learn and enjoy. Chis, you can take my comment however you want but I think you could change your site to have poka-dots all over it with rainbows to follow and it still won't cover the egos and downright meaness of your leaders. Simply put... Your site SUCKS!

REMEBER, GSD WORLD does have international exposer and respect, making it an excellent source because of its knowledgable and vast membership which goes with out saying making it a irresistible resourse tool.
