I am looking forward to purchase a GSD from working lines eventually.
In the past, i've been working with 3 showlines GSD (My latest is a French Ring Level 1 dog).
I am also working with a Belgian Shepherd.
Of course, honesty is of upmost importance when choosing a breeder.
Any breeders to suggest who breeds from 100% titled-breed surveyed stock?
I don't mind if the breeder is in Canada or in Europe.

Might want to be a little more specific about what you want in a dog. There are lots of great kennels that are honest, hard to direct to you to one without knowing what you are looking for in a dog, drive etc.

What I am looking for in a working prospect:
Dominant, fearless, UNSHAKEABLE.
Very high prey and food drive.
High level of energy.
Natural desire to work and to be busy/useful.
Fast, agile.
I prefer dogs with a nice/solid structure too, of course. In the breed standard, no oversize.

Grandcanyonk9 Barbara Andersen. Has some of the best dogs in the usa and she is very honest.
