I know they are both young but who seems to be producing better Campino von der Piste Trophe or Solo vom Team Fiemereck? I love Nero Nobachtal and would like to get a pup from his lines. Both Campino and Solo to me look alot like Nero from pictures I have seen of them. Any thoughts?

Mysti,
while I have not heard anything about who produces better of the two, may I make a suggestion:
If you are located in the U.S., the best son of Nero vom Noebachtal is right here.
Please check out VA-Teejay von Wilhendorf,SchH3, very much of his father's type.
Dawnmarie has some really nice puppies out of him right now. I am sure John could also point you to some others as well.
I will definitely breed one of my females to him as soon as possible.

I saw him at NASS, IMO he is a beautiful dog.

The only caveat about Nero Norbachtal's progeny is to make sure that your choice of his progeny was born BEFORE the S.V. issued a registration ban on his progeny, and asked the other registries (A.K.C., C.K.C., etc.) to please follow suit.
I don't remember the exact date of this ban, but it is available on the S.V.'s website, and you can probably find it here.

One of the best Nero son's is Maestro vom Osterberger-Land!

could someone tell me straight forward why he was banned???
I really don't understand what the SV website is trying to say

Campino is definitely a Better producer than Solo. We had solo's brother Sammo here in India as the sieger for 2006 and he's quite a performer. But no Nero son can match Campino at his producing abilities as he has top producing wienerau lines on his mother side!!
All Nero progeny born after 9 August 2004 will not be registered by the SV though Teejay was SG21 last year in Germany!!!!! Teejay is a nice dog!
But if you ever have to choose from Campino or solo as far as breeding is concerned, it has to be CAmpino!!!!!

Anu not so fast please. Both are very good dogs. U must see Maestro too. All I can say is the father was the greatest. The ban is unfortunate and with and without arguments I feel it was unfair. Germany lost something and the world too- ask any good breeder and they will bet their last dollar( oops Euro) on Nero.
I have personally seen great progeny from Campino and Solo. Now Mr. Martin steffen has great female pups from Maestro.
So Mysti to answer your question both the dogs produce very well- finally you must look at the puppy you are buying.
