Permannent add for a dog who was already selled - Page 1

The dog Sokrat Semper Wictor was already selled by Mr. Djuro Ivaskovic from Semper Wictor kennel from Croatia. The buyer is Mr. Perales from Bolivia and I made the bank transfer one week ago and Mr. Ivaskovic already received the money.
I cannot understand why a dog already selled is offered to public yet.
This is important to know for security of the people. I hope it is just a mistake from Semper Wictor Kennel.

From your subject line, I expected to read a complaint about an ad that had been placed and a dog that had been sold last year...not last week.

If the deal just closed a week ago, you've got to give the site administrators time to remove the add, jota--which they can't do until the person who placed the ad notifies them that the ad needs to be cancelled.  Even if the seller did contact the site adminstrators already, you've also go to remember that the classified ads here are a *free* service offered by the site owner, and all of the site administrators have real jobs that actually *pay their bills*...so that limits the amount of time they can spend tending to the classified ads. 

Given the increased problems that have been reported lately of people having their money taken by unscrupulous dog sellers in Eastern European countries who don't deliver the dog promised (or any dog at all), I understand your concern that the seller might be trying to take advantage of someone, but since the deal's only been confirmed since last week, I think it's a bit premature to suggest that to be the case. 

I just think that it is important because the ad (new one) is from July 8th, after the deal was closed and money received.

and the dog is with Mr. Djuro yet.

Anyone have a link or user name?

One hopes when they sell a dog/puppy - that they aren't dealing with crazy people.........and they just don't jump to cracy conclusions..............          give it time - or just talk to the seller - why bring it on this forum?

jota, I see you added a notation about the dog already having been sold and paid for in the Facebook section...good idea.

And the ad is recently with new address and website (??) still offering the same dog.

Thanks Hexe, I can see that you writed before is a reality in Eastern Europe. Many complaints about you said.
Like YogieBear said, one hopes when somebody buy for internet is to be sure that he will receive what for he is paying about. Not carzy people but not cheating people neither.
I hope the dog I bought come to my place. For the moment we have one week delayed ("problems" to get money from the bank). I hope I'm afraid for nothing, I will write in this forum for your knowledge. And I think it is important the information in this busines , not always is ok.
