WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM K9KENNELSTORE.COM!!!!!
We purchased $5,0000 worth of what we thought was going to be quality kennels and received 6x6 runs instead of 6x16 runs. Then the owner Mark Kitchen was an unprofesional pompus ass. He never would aknowledge his mistake and correct the problem. Very poor company values and customer service. STAY AWAY............................

One Question to you
Why did you accept them when they were delivered to you, you can see what sizes they are.
If they were not the correct sizes that you ordered you should not have accepted them and told the driver to take them back.
Your fault entirely for not being on the ball no excuses for that.

TOTALLY AGREE WITH STEVE! UNLESS THEY TAKE THE KENNELS BACK AND GIVE YOU A REFUND, THEN YOU ARE OUT 5 GRAND!!!! YES THIS IS YOUR FAULT.

First if he paid with a credit card especially AMEX the seller is screwed if he didnt he can still hold up the guys payment until he makes good on it. Besides that maybe the guy was in middle of taking his kids to a game or school?? Does anyone here have a life? I mean really.
DWEBB you should post all of the guys information and if everyone here is so caring and interested everyone should call the guy and tell him to make good. If he is an asshole then contact every local news media that deals with guys like this and get him in the public eye if he's really screwing people over. He will make good on the kennels after that. I assure you.

This isn't rocket science. You either got what you paid for or you didn't. If you ordered and paid for 6x16, that's exactly what you should have received. The invoice will say what you ordered and were charged. If the company made a mistake and sent 6x6, they should fix it if you ordered and paid for 6x12.
Let us know how the powder coating holds up. I find the coating thickness varies.

Yes, Really i have a life, So you are like a Ostrich then going around with your head buried in the ground by the way you answered, Do you not have an invoice with the delivery over in the USA, You look at the INVOICE before the stuff is unloaded, If it says what the Guy bought on the Invoice and otjer sizes are sent then Okay but other than that the OP was lax in looking and checking
I guess the firm will change it if he has the priginal Order number with the correct sizes on it that is proof enough
