A fire Fighter was fatally injured today in Northern California. Two other were badly injured.
My condolences to the friends, family and fellow fire fighters of the fire fighter who died. Hope the other 2 make a speedy recovery...

UPDATE: The fire fighter that was in critical condition died this morning due to the injuries he sustained on Thursday.

I had heard about this, I didn't know he died. Condolences to the family, friends, and coworkers. I have lost friends due to line of duty deaths and it is never easy. I have been to one too many funerals of fellow firefighters and other first responders. Speady recovery to those injured in this event.

The only surviving fire fighter that was injured is recovering. She was the one that was not severally injured... I wish her a speedy recovery.

Thank you Jyl for the clarification. I looked it up on Firehouse.com, so many have died in line of duty deaths, it is tragic.
