2nd test = 2nmol/ -------
3rd test = < 1 nmol/
I didn't repeat the test until 7 days later when her result was 38nmol/ .
She went to the stud that same day and 9 weeks later delivered 8 healthy puppies.
Good luck hope you get some puppies.

On a Monday she was 2.0 and 5 days later on Saturday she was 18, she was bred that Saturday,
here's how that turned out!
I google about the test & the numbers, and they said when it reaches 18 breed that day, I was breeding her then afterwards going to the vet & having her blood drawn that same day.

Once the level reaches 5, then the signal to ovulate occurs and the eggs are released. 48 hours after ovulation, the eggs are ready to be fertilized.
Once the level reaches 5, it tends to surge and stay quite high until as much as 8 weeks later. When the progesterone starts to drop, the bitch will go into labor (or, if it's too soon, she will lose the pups).
