updateing a dogs pedigree's - Page 1

Can anyone help me with the updates on the pedigree's? I am tryinging to update my dogs pedigrees and cannot seem to get some of the dogs added, It is probably something I am doing wrong, but if anyone can help I would appreciate it. For instance I have Reiko Shay Von Prufenpuden, his great great grandfather is already registered on here but when I put in Reiko's info and his father it  wont automatically put in Marc von Prufenpuden which is already registered and his history already updated by whoever put it in, I have done it numerous times and still cant get the info to save???????????

It is always best to search a name before adding it.

I am having the exact same problem with an Australian shepherd pedigree.  I own 2 Aussies who have the same sire, the older one I already put her pedigree here even with pics, with no problems.  Now I'm trying to put my new pups pedigree on here, same sire/different dams,  and the new pedigree let me add the new dam, but won't pull up the same sire's pedigree info, and it's already on here, cause I put it here.  I've tried numerous times/ways, but it just won't pull up the pedigree.  See if anyone can figure it out:

Your pedigree is updated. Part of the problem was there were 2 pedigrees for some of the dogs and when pedigrees are searched with a name like "Akc/2x Asca Ch Caledonias Crowd Pleaser" it is probably not going to find a dog with that name. The search is poor at punctuation and abbreviations. I would try to take off the beginning or the end and once you find it in search, it will show up on a pedigree as you update it.

I deleted the extra Mark pedigree, but I need the other dogs names. I can't possibly add names I do not have. If you could pm/post the links to all pedigrees or names and order they need to be entered.
