Helina, I think it's time someone spoke up for the breeder.I have bought several Alkarah dogs and have never had a problem, the same is true of many of my friends.Karin Wagner is one of the most reputable and caring individuals when it comes to her dogs, and has done and will do whatever is necessary to stand behind them. The fact that your email wasn't answered is not a reason to indict Alkarah. I would bet that it was never received. If it was so important to you why didn't you call? You have the phone number. Why instead would you simply assume that the breeder didn't care and broadcast that assumption to the world? That is most unfair. I'm sure that if you picked up the phone and called Karin Wagner she would be more than willing to discuss it with you and try to help.
