Does anyone have a favourite devilled egg recipe?

I was thinking of trying this one since it sounded different (sorry, the link icon isn't working for me today):

I'm having a wine & cheese party this weekend for everyone on my street and one of my neighbours hinted hopefully that devilled eggs would be a welcome addition.

I don't have the recipe but I  just had someone else'  that were made with bacon and blue cheese, and they were yummy! Would be good with wine, too.

True - bacon makes everything better.

anyway you make them even just plain mustard and pepper w/ mayo....sprinkling with "Old Bay" spice is always a hit and a small leaf of fresh dill.

Thanks Lady Frost.

I've never heard of Old Bay Seasoning before. I read that it's popular in the Southern States. Apparently, I can buy it at Zeller's (a department store in Canada). I'll see if my local store carries it.

For the other Canadians on this forum:

It's a blend of (http://www.oldbay.com/Products/Old-Bay-Seasoning.aspx):
CELERY SALT (SALT, CELERY SEED), SPICES (INCLUDING MUSTARD, RED PEPPER, BLACK PEPPER, BAY [LAUREL] LEAVES, CLOVES, ALLSPICE [PIMENTO], GINGER, MACE, CARDAMOM, CINNAMON) AND PAPRIKA.

Here's a recipe for basic deviled eggs:

@SitasMom - You can always start your diet tomorrow.

I'll let you in on my little secret - Miracle Whip, Mustard and Garlic Salt. No measurements, cause I eyeball it, but watch the garlic, as it can be over powering.

I am not allowed to go to a party or get together without making at least a dozen.... Last Thanksgivings I started taking orders and wound up making 6 dozen eggs worth. :O
