orjen and taste of the wild are good ones here inCanada.  60-70 bucks a bag once you add our stupid HST.

by kaoboy on 03 April 2011 - 04:04

lol gotta agree orijen fish. same price hahah... damn hst kill me especially on material for work :(

by kaoboy on 03 April 2011 - 04:04

o-yeh forgot to add, stool is always solid. dont feed too much due to good quality equals less quanity.
but i feed my kibbles with a chicken leg to raw of course carrots and what not. what ever i got in the fridge.

reason being i feed half half, becuase i like the raw food for dogs and likes the benefit of it..
so i do half half, and no problem with stool or anything just a nice shiny coat and good skin.

An excellent website for dog food comparisons and analysis.

www.dogfoodanalysis.com  from 6 stars being the best to 1 star being the worst. It may surprise you where some foods rank.

If you are interested in any particular food this is one of the best sites available by independent study.  See where your favorite food ranks and why.

I have to agree about TOTW and Orijen...both great foods.

Steve.. WOW that is pricey! But your Izzy looks GREAT!

by kaoboy on 03 April 2011 - 06:04

yeh,

it helps when orijen is made in morinville, alberta canada..

so its abit cheaper for us..
could you buy it directly from the whole sale? and squeeze out the middlemen(pet store)?

im sure they might do that
