I live in a hot humid climate where the average shade day time temperature is 32/ 33 degrees celcius and the humidity is high, typical tropical climate.
I decided to relocate myself and my dogs to a cooler location.
I had found a 3 acre property which is partly cultivated, the property lies on a hill with a gradient of 35/ 40 degrees. The property is trangular shaped with a average of 27 degrees celius day time telperature during the summer months. The property is 8 km from the main road and is on a rural community. There is fairly good rain fall.
On this property there is a 40 foot x 40 foot cleared plot on flat land where I plan to build my kennels. It is about 150 ft from the main house.
Yes, I do intend to breed dogs for a living. About 10 feet from the house there is another temp structure which is 18feet x 25 ft where I hope to build a whelping room.
I plan on keeping all breeds of dogs from toy to large but NOT giants.
There are so many kennel ideas on the internet I am totally confused.
I am so confused. I plan to walk my dogs daily.
Any ideas on how i should build/ design the kennels from width of kennels, to how tall the inside brick partitions should be to prevent fence fighting etc..
Thanks

I've worked in many boarding kennels in my 30 + years in dogs. Kennels MUST be a min. of 6 feet wide. Dogs spin in a smaller width . i have no idea why but you will end up with more poop on the walls in the narrower kennels. Have a guillotine door that has the rope on the outside of the kennels so you do not need to enter the kennel. (in case of vicious dogs) 3 feet in the shortest I would go on the isolation portion of a panel. Do not build kennels across from one another or the barking with drive you nuts. There must be a wall between the kennels. ( meaning in the center of your kennel) Have at least one solid concrete run.( for the occasional crazy dog) I have seen dogs peel the chain link clean off the fencing. These dogs are few and far between but I have seen it! Have a minimum of 2 door between the kennel area and the reception area. If anyone escapes they have another door to catch them. Of course none of this information applies if you are not boarding other peoples dogs. Your post says that the kennel is for your dogs but then says that you will have toy to large breeds. Wasnt sure if you were implying you would be boarding or not :)

#1 thing. get a GOOD kennel cleanin system put in place. As in good drainage. Angle the concrete slighly so any liquids drain easily. I definitely recommend the guillotine door.
I've found no matter the size a spinner is a spinner is a spinner.
I personally wouldn't allow there to be any space for the dogs to see each other in the kennels next to them. Too much barking and fighting. I would put the brick atleast 5 or 6 ft high.
I recommend welded wire. it stands up to the dogs better.
