Rakker NHSB 1467013 ....Grandfather  of your foundation bitch Ping.

With all the post on show and working dog lines no
one would believe this, but Rakker was not only the
top working dog of the Netherlands, but also a show
dog. He produced dogs of such intensity you had to
be very careful to match them with stable lines.
He was one of the few super dogs to be imported to
the USA...I think Bradshaw had him in his kennel
or Risen Star.
Most people at that time did not know how really
good Rakker was...

It is good you preserved his bloodline...

He was the only dog I know of, who had the toughest bloodline
and was a top show dog to....He himself was a nice dog..but
he produced dogs that would be way too much for most people.
I wish I could find another Rakker

One of the all time best Belgium Ring Sport dogs...E'Stan 2 X National Champion.

That's how I know about Rakker...he is E'Stan's Grandfather.

E'Stan NVBK 25936 (Hamelrijk)

Do not judge that old man by his Tee shirts....My generation used to pay extra for paisley shirts
back in the day... Jean Marie....very good person.

Hey Max, if you find another Rakker you let me know :-)  I still wish I'd had the forethought to purchase some of the frozen semen Risen Star had from him when they were selling it a number of years ago.  I'm loosing some of the traits with each generation, but it's interesting looking at photos Rakker, Ping, Cali, etc the "stamp" is very obvious.

Do you have Jean-Marie's contact information?  E'Stan would blend REALLY well with what I have going on right now, top and bottom.

Malndobe,

Just wanted to say impressive. What's the time frame span for those 5 generations, just for my curiousity?
Ended up possibly picking up two Mals from Czech Republic, will be getting videos later this week. Thanks for the input and if I had the time I would've taken a trip to Cali.

I didn't include Ping in the equation, since she wasn't my breeding, but starting at the beginning

Ping - DOB: May 16, 1994
Cali - DOB: Apr 23, 1999
Jaja - DOB: Aug 25, 2001
Kira - DOB: Apr 18, 2005
Kita - DOB: Nov 03, 2007
Pups - DOB: Feb 10, 2011

Ping died at 16.5 years old last fall.  Cali will be 12 in 2 months.   My first Malinois was actually Isis, who was born in 1993, but she wasn't destined to become my foundation female.
