What method do you use and why ?Please mention is it for High drive or not , high food drive ,etc .etc .

depends on the dog and that what helps that dog focus. also-
with Schutzhund competition dogs, we do use food.
with SAR and Bloodhounds, never use food, it is praise only.

What I meant was what method do you use to teach Turns by,starting with circle or zig zag or ,step of track , article first and turn ,etc ,etc and why do you prefer that method ?

I think the usual way ( the way that I use ) is:
5 steps before the turn take smaller steps closer together and food in each step all the way through the turn and continuing for 10 steps after the turn. ie: more food and smaller steps preceeding, during and after the turn.
Seems to keep their nose to the ground, with more intense focus, so that mistakes aren't made by strong wind currents and other factors... and they are rewarded for being correct and assured that they are doing the right thing.
