What would you like to know Jennifer?  Could it be concerning this dog, Nitra vom Mystical Haus, that  I bought from you and received last week?  The dog with pyoderma and malnutrition?  At least she gained over 2 pounds in only a few days.  She weighed only 32 pounds when you shipped her.  I'm sorry it's come to this, but if you want to start it, people should know the facts.

Hey Jen...I hope you don't mind if I call you Jen....didn't you write the very words below in one of your posts here concerning a buyer of yours that claimed the dog you sold them had severe hip dysplasia?  Wow, you certainly didn't address any of my concerns about the dog I purchased from you that was malnourished and has pyoderma...hmmm...

***BTW - not saying that you were being negative, just trying to be honest. I would want a client that has done everything right to come to me if they had an issue. I would gladly take care of them as best as I could.
 

IMO....34.4 lbs for a 6 month old bitch puppy isn't a bad weight.  Sounds like she is right on track to be a nice true to medium sized bitch....just as the standard states.

Mrs. Eva Berg or sometimes Sonia Berg,  I believe Jennifer has been very reasonable.  I don't even know who you are but you called me a few days ago because I used to own the sire Sam vom Kernerturm and he is the sire of Nitra.  You told me that Nitra was in horrible condition and if I knew Jennifer.  I told you that I was shocked since I know that Jennifer takes extremely good care of her dogs.  I asked you to email me some pictures and you did.  The dog looked good in the pictures and that it what I told you.  However, I asked you what you wanted from me and immediately you stated "How could you breed your male to one of her dogs?"
I asked you again what you wanted Jennifer to do since you did not like the dog because of the dogs eyes etc.  You said you wanted your money back so I told you that I would get in touch with Jennifer and try to mediate between you and her.

I called Jennifer and she said she would give you a full refund.  I called you back and you said "no way, I want to keep the dogs but want some of my money back".

So I called Jennifer back and she said "no problem, but we will give this dog limited registration since she is not breed worthy in Eva's opinion" 

I thought that was reasonable.  I called you back thinking you would be happy.  You said" no way!"
You said you would just turn her in to the AKC, BBB,.... even the IRS!

I said that you were not reasonable.  You then started emailing me in German via Google translator which did not work out because it was hard to understand. 

I really did not know what you wanted but we did some research only to find out that you have done this several times to other breeders.  You take the dog and try to get your money back.

You even did this with rescue dogs.  You are trying to sue everyone and you even has success one time when you rescued a German Shepherd out of a pound and the dog bit you.  You sued the pound and got a good chunk of money.


All I am saying is that you are neurotic, even one of your vets thinks so.  I also know that you left this poor dog at the airport for a long time (I think you were 1 day late picking her up). 

Jennifer has made every effort to resolve this issue but you refused and now you are harassing her with emails and phone calls.  Threatening her etc.

For those that will end up reading this and wondering why I was stupid enough to sell to this obviously demented lady - please note that she contacted me as Eva Berg of WI not the Sonia Berg of OH that pops up all over the Internet slandering good innocent breeders. I googled Eva Berg, WI and nothing came up.

Eva Sonia Berg -  I posted a very Neutral post for information when I started this thread. You are the one who is starting something nasty, though I was waiting for it since the numerous emails you have sent have been childish, demeaning and threatening. You have tried to belittle me with your little cut downs. But everyone here knows you for what you are. You are doing the same thing to me that you did to Hans of Alpine K9

     I have offered you a full refund over and over again. Only once did you even respond actually to the refund the rest of the emails from you have been you slamming me, calling me white trash, etc obviously well fed while my dogs are underfed, really, how childish can you be.

     I shipped you this perfectly healthy young dog Nitra last Thursday. I dropped her off at 7:15am in Charlotte, NC. There was an issue with the connecting flight in Detroit so she arrived 4.5 hours late on a later flight. You left her at the airport refusing to go back to get her until the next day. At 1:45pm the NEXT AFTERNOON Delta was calling ME wanting to know where you were because they were concerned for Nitra. Who knows, that skin irritation could be from being  crated for a day and a half.

     You are clueless - first you said she had "Obvious puncture wounds on her hock, then it was a rash from a skin irritation caused by standing in urine which turned into poor nutrition for the first six months of her life?

     I do not believe that your DMV is an expert in German Shepherd Dogs. There are many here who are qualified to give an expert opinion on the growth rate of German Shepherds and what is or is not underweight. I feel that she is of perfect weight and I measured her(as accurately as I could with an energetic young dog and found her to be around 19inches when she was 5.5 months old. I told you that at that time she was around 25 lbs and you never batted an eye. The standard for an ADULT FEMALE is 22 - 24 inches. I would say she is well on her way to standard female GSD height.

Your Vet does not know what he is talking about - Poor nutrition for the first 6 months of her life???

Now as I have told you over and over again. Stop harassing me, stop harassing my Veterinarian and stop harassing the people I am associated with. 

I have offered you your money back for a dog you have had a week but you want the money back and to keep my dog too (which you say is not breed worthy). I can do no more than I have done and have offered. So now I am prepared for you to slander and drag me through the mud just as you have others.
