Click on the picture icon (yellow, mountain/sun square just above the word "style" up top, then click "upload," find your pic on your computer and click "send it to the server". Then when it pops up, go to the left and resize it accordingly so it doesn't take up the whole screen. If you resize just the first it will resize it proportionally. 400ish is a good number for a decent size pic.
