Seeking architectural drawings or blue prints for a 2400 sq ft. new kennel construction ! a client is purchasing a new home with land to build a new kennel! they wish a state of the art kennel for 20 potential dogs! two to three whelping rooms with a spacious office! Any recommendation for archetechs would be appreciated!

Showline or workingline kennel? If it's for workingline, they'll need another 200K budget for dogs, twice that for showline and more, because they'll need the heated beds, bottled water and what not.

I have show lines and my dogs do not need heated beds or bottled water and I do not know any show lines here in scotland who need heated beds or bottled water also we have some of the most severe winter weather my dogs love out in the snow,rain,wind and sun so I dont know where you got your info from but you are incorrect also my dogs are kennel dogs

Not sure if blueprints or his architect is named but this commercial kennel is pretty nice. I haven't watched all six of his videos but 1 & 2, with #2 being pretty interesting. Just my opinion. Don't know his cost either. If you can get past his voice than take a look at "YouTube-"Building a commercial dog boarding kennel: Part II " HURONANGEL He states you can contact him.

the client is a friend of mine from the schutzhund club! He is purchasing a newer home on six acres and has been breeding dobies for many years! Wants a new kennel for about 20 dogs ! Has an enourmous pole barn so this new structure will be exclusively dedicated to dogs! Have visited two sites listed above and are very impressive! thoght I would check here for reccommendations ! keep em coming and thanks so far!

the location is on top of a small hilltop !It is zoned equestrian ( agricultural ) in an unincorporated section of Mc. Henry county illinois ! preliminary concept is a concrete block building on a heated slab !

The info I sent, the kennel is on a hill top in the desert. So water abundance is an issue but he shows what he did.
