Thank you all! Is there a specific database where these are entered? Like the AKC? I would gladly pay for this stuff for my pups lines.

There is, but like this site, I wouldn't vouche for it's accuracy. The best info can be gained from scanned official documents such as the links sitasmom provided. The "P" or "N" was added to the Slovak breed surveys between the 1995 and 1997 documentation as you can see on her second link. Her first link shows Car's on the right and his sire's, Titus on the left (also no N or P).
I owned a daughter of Car and this was her pedigree, with Car's details in the top left corner.

I am trying to do the USA/SV dual registry for my pup. Unfortunately, the AKC sucks and does not recognize the titles and breed survey so none of it is posted on the pedigree. I am working on getting the copies for her lines because I have to send them in for the USA/SV registration. I truly dislike the AKC.
