Sorry I hit the wrong button again! My question is: What happens to dogs born after a breed ban? They don't get any papers, or do they get white ones? Is the owner of the male responsable for the damage made? (for example - Nero Nöbachtal) How can one protect themselves from getting into this situation? Can one check up on a favoured male before the act has been done? Im grateful for any advice.
