what will happen when you deviate from a raw diet! The perfectly rounded and hardened stools which correctly express the anal glands cease to exist because you short sightedly changed the diet from raw to a moist kibble and canned food! well after 100 dollars and a vet visit to discover the cause of the horrible smell from my princess and the conscience saying (I tould you so butt hole ) we are back on a raw diet which will ultimately form harder and smaller stools which ecercise the anal gland properly! so the more closely one feeds as nature intended it will result in less vet visits! Oh well a lesson worth learning!

Yes you are right and since I have changed to the raw diet; have not had anyone to the vet for that problem or dental problems. I am sorry you had to learn the hard way; that's a shitty deal. But glad you are back on raw. Best of luck Nan
