 Dear moderators:

I think reporting a scam on this forum is a healthy practice especially if the scammer used the PDB to trap internet public. You just can't allow scammers to deceive people through the PDB and prohibit deceived members from reporting the incident. Scammers use this hugely visited site to do their dirty business, honest members should share such experience with other members. Stopping us from posting such topics shall result in more scams and cheaters business will prosper using the PDB freely, don't you think?

Modulus Rex moderator comment:  Site administration does not like scammers either, nor does it wish to enable them by allowing them to come here and solicit business without repercussions.  We are working on a new Terms of Service agreement that hopefully will allow more open discussion of the concerns you raise.

At present, however, the existing Terms of Service don't really permit this sort of discussion.  Also, the legal responsibility for posting such information in the event it is untrue and thus potentially libelous needs to be more squarely placed on the person posting it.

We ask that you keep these concerns in mind and exercise discretion for the time being.

Thanks a lot, appreciate your good understanding of the present condition we are in at the moment.
