How to protect myself to buy a dog from internet only by picture or video, and money transfer?Same dog as the picture?

If the dog is breed surveyed, then you read the koer report/survey report and check the tattoo/microchip against the report. You can make sure you're getting the same dog as in the report or registration papers, although not necessarily the same dog as in the picture.

The best thing to do--if you can't go see the dog--is to work with someone you can trust. But that's the hard part, of course.

best not to buy from a pic only. A video does give a little more info.

If you can't see the dog, stick to the many breeders who have been recommended here. Even then, everything may not be perfect.

I would buy a dog first, then take a picture. That way, you are 100% certain the dog and photo are the same.

 When you are too far away from the breeder then in many cases you buy based on a picture or video, sometimes you know you're taking chances but you just go ahead. Anyway I think the best insurance is a trustworthy breeder, when a breeder is trustworthy you can rely on his/her word. If the breeder still wishes to cheat you, whatever measures you take from far away believe me you will be cheated. If you are not a dog professional find a trustworthy breeder, tell the breeder what you're looking for, your needs, then let the breeder choose for you. I have to ad that some of what we call or think trustworthy breeders, when given a bright chance will also screw you.
