Right hip looks reasonable, possibly passing with "fair" - the other is absolutely dysplastic and would not pass - flattened head, edges, remodeling, thickened neck, and not seated in the socket enough. That hip is definately a problem.

the positioning is not good, expecially on the left leg - making that side look even worse then it is....
have the x-ray taken again.

It isn't a great x-ray. The positioning isn't really good but not the worst I have seen sent into OFA but I don't think retaking it with better positioning is going to make any difference.

Right side looks fair (left side of the screen) and left hip does not look very good; I would say moderate dysplasia. How old is this dog??

The dog is 1/1/2 years old. The vet tried 3 positions.
