1st ad - I met Petr and Katerina at the 2007 WUSV Championships. They are located in Colorado. They are from the former Czechoslovakia, now the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
2nd ad - ??? Longford, KS is listed with a population of 94 in 2000 census. Located in the middle of no where in north central Kansas. Could be a legit place or not. I don't think it would take much to find out...call someone locally to see if there is really such a place located there.
Can't tell you one way or another, but prices seem awfully inflated and really not much about the individuals themselves. Fax number is not a Kansas area code...it's in northern New Jersey. That should raise some concerns. One would have to do their homework.

Yesterday,I saw an add where the advertiser wanted to buy new dogs.Here is the link www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/classifieds/116052.html
I was going through their web and saw the dog.It caught my attention as I know the dog,he is from Slovakia, from one of the best kennels here.
Maybe Petr bought him and then sold him to the other guy.I´m just curious.
