I used the above link to get a broken translation. Hope it helps
Ubermittlegross, longitudinal force-benont gestzreckt, track and solid, straight back, stressed slanting Croup good Lange, formschoner, feminine head, good Withers, front good, in the hindquarters well gerwinkelt, balanced breast relations, annnahernd correct front, spacious progress from furmalen reasons no higher a placement.

I've used quite a few translators, but they always leave words in german, just like that one did. I don't think the web language translators know the koer terms and so it just leaves them alone. I would like it translated by someone who knows what the judge means. THANKS!

A lot of the words you printed are clearly wrong. I have translated what I believe (based on having read 100s of Breed Surveys) what it probably says.
Over medium size, medium strength, very stretched, dry and firm, with a typical, beautiful femine head, good withers, straight back, a very sloping croup of good length, front angulation is good, rear very good, proper proportions of chest, the front is not entirely correct, roomy gait, for these reasons, no higher placement can be given....
The faults although you might not note them from this survey is that the dog is very stretched, the croup is falls away too much, the back is straight and the front is not correct.

the last sentence means that the dog can't place higher because of formal rules that state that, for example he is over 3 and a half and has no breed survey, he is missing a tooth or is too big, things like that.
