There really isn't alot to tell from that short clip other than the two pups are equal in playing, (drive), with the tug rag....I think one is alittle darker than the other, and I like the darker one only because of the color...However, color should never be the deciding factor unless both puppies are absolutely equal in every other way..... What is the pedigree of the pups?

Tough Choice! How does the owner describe the pups personalities? I think it will come down to whether you would prefer male or female. I like the females markings! The male seems pretty intense! I bet you have watched that video 100 times lol....

Based only on the video I like the male!

After watching it again with volume, I believe the darker one is the male....I do like him alittle more and just as KellyJ pointed out, he does seem to be a little more intense....I really know how you feel trying to decide....Have you been able to view other videos of these pups?  Maybe with more video, it may show the personalitites of them....There is so little video here to have to make a decision on....Don't think I would want to do it....I'd have to see more...JMO

The darker one, the one with the darker feet based on that video.  That would be my choice and not for color.

Blue collar male ; ) stayed on the tug the whole time and seemed unaffected by anything else.  The female came off the tug a few times for various reasons.  I like the blue collar.  But at the end of the day, if you want the female, nothing in the video says she will be better or worse than the male at protection.

If I was choosing it would be the darker feet. That's not much time (I believe that's  the litter and you can see them more under their kennel name? I could be wrong though) But just by that video clip the dark footed one. This is what I'm seeing. Not sure the sex but the "darker" one held that rag 99.9% of the time even when stroked by master. The lighter one let go of the bite I think twice maybe three times? for whatever reason(s) when stroked or hand came near the two/close in. The darker one already knows how to use paws to grab and appears not to be concerned when closed in or close up bodily to the master/human.

First of they seem to be very nice pups, the both of them.  Are there any other factors that weigh in to the equation?  Is one more confident than the other with people?  I guess you would know for yourself if you saw them in person which Im not sure if you did or not.  Try to get another short clip with them playing tug independantly  w/o another dog.  that may be a deciding factor.  Any more videos?

Good luck

thanks for all the input. actually found the ad for them on here and the guy was less than an hour away so i did get to see the rest of litter.I must confess that coloring was a factor as they all seemed motivated actually 2 of the sables really seemed to be the most intense. will be going back this weekend and working them independently before making final decision, seriously considering the sable male now lol. thanks again

I think the OP was strictly asking for our thoughts on the short clip provided. Nothing outside of that. What we saw in those brief moments.
