I'm wondering if anyone can help me find a Yak vom Frankengold son. SON, not further out.
I understand that Yak has been in China for some years now, so if anyone knows where he is in China, and contact information for his owner, I would greatly appreciate it. If anyone has a Yak son for sale in China, please let me know.
I also understand that a son would be older as Yak is to turn 11 this year if he is still alive. If anyone has a male out of Yak, titled or not, that wants to retire (sell) him to a home in the US where he will be amazingly taken care of, please send me any information you have. I mention China as I figure there may be sons there who might be younger than in Germany or other countries, but age is not my most important concern.
I am looking for a son of Yak with an open and free temperament, fun to play with, not completely independent - more so one who enjoys being with his person, no hip or elbow problems, and dark eyes. I want a companion to walk with, to take to the forest preserve for hikes and walks, to play with, to be able to train some, and snuggle up with at night. Potentially something laid back enough I can possibly do therapy dog work with. Must be able to get along with other dogs. Nothing extremely aggressive towards other males, understandably does not need to be best friends with them, but the nicer with other dogs, the better.
I own a female who will be 14 soon, and a 10 year old very healthy male. Unfortunately, I lost my other male recently at 12 years old due to a fibrosed liver that was not allowing enough oxygen through the blood and it has devastated me. My dogs are extremely well cared for and references can be provided by my vets, trainers, other breeder friends, and general dog friends. My female has HD and I was told she would not walk past 3 years old, but with exercise, supplements, great diet, acupuncture, chiropractic care, swimming, etc, she will be 14 on March 1st without any hip surgeries.
I know I am asking a lot here, so if it is not possible to find a son, but someone has a direct Yak daughter that may have a litter or two left in her, I would consider this as well. Information can be sent, but keep in mind I would prefer a male first. I am not necessarily looking for a breeding male.
Please add here or PM me with any information. Please include an email I can use to contact you further if I would like further information or if you would like further information on me and/or my dog experience.
Thank you...
