I'm more afraid of Chihuahuas than I am of German Shepherds, and have been bitten more times by them and Cockers than I have by anything.

Sounds like there are lots of clueless people living in Vaughn! And the owner and dog were allowed to just wander away? Bizarre. Someone should have grabbed that electrical cord and tied them both up.

Owner was found and dog impounded. The guy has the temerity to just walk away after seeing 2 people bit by his dog (female 90 lbs). Unreal. Glad this clown was caught.
