They are looking for PPD/PSA trainers/clubs in Canada
Specifically the ontario/ottawa/kingston area.

There will always be ignorant people in the (dog)world but it should be mandatory for all new dog owners, no matter which breed they choose, to do a "dog license", similar to a drivers license, that covers all the basics, before people are able to own a dog.
Unfortunately, most schools don't teach students different options of raising children, which is another problem....
