I am trying to figure out the safest way to keep my girl outdoors. I have been looking for a good, secure, outdoor kennel. Eventually we are going to build an indoor/outdoor kennel for my dogs, but I can't afford it at this time. Any suggestions?
I have looked on line, and at the Tractor supply...etc! Am looking at 5x10x6 8g kennel at the local Tractor supply? I can get a cover for it. Any suggestions on flooring? I live in the south...she will be in it during the day when I am at work...maybe 8-9 hours a day. She will be out when we are home!
Any pics of your outdoor kennel would be appreciated.

Goodwink,
We had a thread a while back on this subject. Kennels, Under Uber Land, 20 nov. 2010. Don't know how your winter is but look under the thread and you'll see pics of mine. For now, I rent so I didn't want to build anything permanent. It's not enclosed because my dogs are not out door dogs 24/7. They are out a lot or most of the time. No overnights as then they would need shelters also. If I was to keep them out 24/7 then I would enclose everything.
Good luck.

Goodwink: I bought mine from Key Link Fencing - http://www.keylinkfencing.com/chain-link-fence-products
I keep mine in the garage, but they are made for outside.
